What are the rules?

Challenge entrants must agree to participate for the entire length of the challenge, meeting the minimum requirement of at least one serving of Eggcel® per day. Contestants that attempt to cheat the system or falsify information will be disqualified and you are only cheating yourself in the end! You must also meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be medically stable and have no medical reason that you should not lose weight.
• You must register before 20th September to be eligible for the prizes.
• You must be committed to making a real change in your life and agree to use Eggcel® for the length of the challenge. This equates to at least 18 x 1L bottles throughout the challenge, more if you go extra hard and have 2 servings per day.
• You must 'clock in' every week, to keep you on task and accountable.

Do I need a Gym Membership?

No. You do not need a gym membership but we do encourage you to exercise as part of your Transformation Challenge. Exercise is an important part of staying ALIVE. If you do not have access to a gym we can send you a sample of a home training program. If you do have a gym membership, sign up the support of the personal trainers and instructors. They may even personally accept the Challenge!
