I have discovered a couple of tasty ways to use Eggcel powder.
For a quick protein/low carb fix I blend 100ml of Pineapple Juice with 2tbsp Eggcel powder and some ice and blend... YUM! For breakfast I blend 100ml Pineapple juice, 1/3 cup blueberries, 1/3 cup oats, 150ml rice milk (great for lactose intolerant people of for a less creamy shake) and ice - makes a fantastic, easy to digest breakfast shake and VERY tasty! I have to say the breakfast shake is saving me... its so easy to get down..and I really enjoy it! Pregnant woman with morning sickness!
