Using Eggcel Powder, this is a great, easy, low cal/carb 'crust' that you can use as a pizza base, or cut into triangles and toast for perfect dipping!
15 grams Eggcel Powder
15 grams oatbran
8 grams psyllium hulls (optional)
spices to taste, eg. garlic powder, basil or oregano
Mix dry ingredients and add just enough water to wet.....
Get your skillet (preferably cast iron) super hot, give it a quick spray of rice bran oil, and working quickly spoon and spread the eggcel mixture - it will be ready to flip by the time it's spread over the pan! flip it over, and turn heat off. You can spread with tomato paste, and add cheese and your favourite pizza toppings and whack it directly under the grill, or you can let cool and toast later and spread with dips etc!
