15 grams Eggcel Powder
15 grams of your favourite protein powder
15 grams oatbran
pinch of baking powder
pinch of cinnamon
add cold water and whisk - pour into hot skillet and flip!
Makes 1 extra thick or 2 normal pancakes
Top with fresh berries or ricotta or cottage cheese or maple syrup!
Spread with tahini or peanut butter or nutella!
Add chopped dried fruit or nuts!
